Design

Contact us to discuss your requirements. We can find and agree a suitable domain name and check its availability, e.g. www.yourname.co.uk, if you don't already have one. We will then discuss the design style that you would like to adopt, how many pages, graphics and forms that are required.

Once we have agreed the website contents, we will advise the costs and provide an e-mailed, faxed or hard copy quotation. If you would like us to continue with your website design we will require a deposit of 30% of the quotation value before we start work on your website.

With your deposit you will supply logos, pictures, banners and other details that you want on the site. We will create an initial contacts holding page on your domain name as soon as it is active. Once we have finished the first website draft we will upload it for your initial feedback. Changes will be made if needed until approved. Once approved the final invoice for the remaining 70% will be due for payment. Once payment is cleared we will upload the website to your domain address.

Once live, minor changes will be made free of charge for one month following the launch. Other changes after that time will incur a charge at an hourly rate.
